To complement this oftentimes powerful wine, we have selected three cheeses up to the challenge, two of which hail from the hotbed of Zinfandel, California. Fiscalini Bandaged Wrapped Cheddar Limited Edition is made from Fiscalini's own milk california wine merchant and aged for two california wine merchant and a half years on the property, this cheese was voted "Best Farmhouse Cheese" at the 2002 American Cheese Society Awards in Washington D.C. It is a wonderful example of the success of the artisan cheese movement in the US today. Rich, buttery california wine merchant and sharp, Fiscalini Farmstead Cheddar is a world-class cheese. Vella Special Select Dry Monterey Jack: Tom Vella began making cheese in 1931 in the Sonoma Valley of California. The company is now run by his son, Ig Vella, california wine merchant and is famous for its Jack cheeses. Jack cheese was created in the Gold Rush Days in Monterey, California by a Scotsman, named David Jacks. This Special Select Jack has all the same characteristics as Vella's regular Dry Jack, with its hard, pale yellow interior california wine merchant and sweet, nutty flavor. It is aged for a full year (as opposed to 7 months) to develop an even harder texture california wine merchant and more intense flavor. Moulin Bleu Goat is a smooth, tangy, complex cheese.It is a Goat Gouda style that has the added allure of streaky blue veins running throughout.
